TodayBear

Terms of Service

Effective October 22, 2026

These terms apply to the TodayBear Chrome extension and this website (together, "TodayBear"). By installing or using TodayBear, you agree to them.

1. The service

TodayBear is a new tab page for Chrome that organizes your tabs, links and bookmarks and shows your calendar, to-dos and news. It is currently provided free of charge. Features may change, and TodayBear may be discontinued at any time.

2. Your data

Content you save in TodayBear belongs to you and is stored in your own browser, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; TodayBear offers an export in Settings. Removing the extension removes its locally stored data.

3. Third-party services

Optional features connect to services run by others, such as Google Calendar, Google News, and the news feeds or calendar links you add. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. TodayBear is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Toby or OneTab.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use TodayBear to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the services it connects to. Don't attempt to misuse the Google sign-in or the APIs TodayBear uses.

5. No warranty

TodayBear is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It may contain bugs, and data loss is possible.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of TodayBear. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use TodayBear after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
